Positive Thinking for all

Remembering my teachers on their Special Day

Good Morning Friends,  Now is the special day of our teacher.  Before anything else I want to greet all teachers a “Happy Teacher’s Day!”.  They are our second parents the moment we leave our house and face the reality of life.

I just remember what was all my experience with my teachers when I’m still studying.  The things they taught me.  How to e a goon human being.  They are the one those we depend on inside the classroom (like our home).  Allow me to say some of good things which my teachers done to me.

I remember that time, one of my teacher told me that his subject is hard, so we have to study well.  He told us that there will be no hard time as long as we know what we are doing and we know how to cope on that.  Same thing as in real life.  He told us that no  matter how hard is everything, we have to focus so that it will make our life easy.

With my other teacher, He taught us to have self confidence all the time.  Whatever we do, whatever we think, he said we should always think that there will be a good and positive result.  Never think of any negative result.  And I always remember the things he said.

This I will not forget.  One of my favorite teacher told us that whenever we have fear inside us, we can’t do anything good.  We always have the thought of losing at the end.  He keeps on reminding us   Yes, we all have fear in our life.  We experience on that.  But the important thing my teacher told us is that,  whenever fear is the first in our life, till the end the fear will never be gone.  As it became our shadow in life.  I believe in him and I’m doing that till now.

I am thanking all my teachers who contribute their effort for me to become a good man.  I am doing all the things they said.  Thank you.  Again Happy Teacher’s Day.

Starting a good habit…

Just get moving.  Taking action will create the momentum and positive results you need to keep going.

Take baby steps.  If your goal is to exercise regularly, begin with 10 minutes a day.  If you’re in a reading slump, read one chapter.  Want to eat better?  Start with breakfast.

Be consistent.  Any action is better than no action.  If you don’t have time for a whole workout, do a few stretches.  If you miss a day, don’t beat yourself up—start fresh the next day.

Keep a log of your progress.  You’ll see what’s working and what’s not.  It will also boost your confidence to see your achievements on paper.

Reward yourself.  If you’re exercising regularly, get a massage.  If you’re eating right, treat yourself to a healthy lunch out with friends.
