Create a vision for life (2)

If we enslave our visions to current situations, then we are once again settling for what is attainable, what is easy, what we think is possible. But what we think is possible or not possible is not the point. We need to see what our vision is, what the highest is we can seek in our life.

If you have a clear vision for yourself and the world around you, it is not beyond your capacity to create it. It may happen in this lifetime or the next or even later, but what you want will definitely come.

Whatever you know as the highest, just seek that out. It does not matter whether it is going to happen or not going to happen. Living with the vision itself is very elevating, very liberating, is a joyous process for any person. Whether it is going to happen tomorrow or after hundred years is not the point. You have a vision and you are not concerned about whether it is possible or not possible. You are not concerned whether it is easy or difficult, whether it is attainable or not attainable; you are not concerned about the end result. You just have a vision and you give your life towards it. This is one of the easiest ways to attain the highest to simply give yourself to what you want, not caring whether it is going to happen or not going to happen. This is a spiritual process by itself.

It is time to create a strong vision within ourselves as to what it is that we really care for, not just for today. If you look deep enough, your vision will be the universal vision. Seeking whatever you know as the highest with undivided attention is a way of knowing life here and beyond.

Create a vision for life (1)

Good morning friends.  in each of everyone’s life,  we are the one who create our own vision.  We should let our children know the importance of having a vision in life.  We should explain everything with them so that they will understand very well and for that they will be aware that while they are still young, they should create their own vision.

If you feel the human part of the world around you, your experience will be a cacophony of voices, thoughts and emotions, all an outpouring of confusions of many different levels and states.

When we are subjugated by a wrong perception of reality around us, the pain and suffering that we create for ourselves, the people around us and for all other life forms is unfortunate.

With all the conveniences and facilities we have because of science and technology, the individual and humanity as a whole have still remained in absolute confusion. If you are sensitive to the thoughts and emotions of people around you, you will see they are an absolute mess. There is no clarity, neither will nor vision. Most people live their lives without even knowing what it is that they really want for themselves. Or, even if they know what they want in their lives, they neither have the will nor the vision to create it. Most of the time, they are just settling for whatever is easy, whatever is within their reach. If we go by the experience of our past or if we trust our logical mind to decide what is possible and what is not, what is and is not attainable, then we will always go for mediocre things.

We are always trying to create our life based on the current reality around us. But whatever may be the situation we are in at this moment is not the point. Where we want to go to tomorrow need not be connected to where we are right now. What we want as the highest in life need not have anything to do with our present situation. The Times of India

Weird Energy Tricks That Work (1)

Rechare in 10 minutes o less with these unexpected brain and body booster.

Some days you’re so tired you whole body hurts.  But you can actually trick your brain into feeling awake and alert, says Jon Gordon, author of Energy Addict: 101 Physical, Mental, & Spiritual Ways to Energize Your Life. Check out these weird boosters and see for yourself.

See red  When your eyes see fiery hues like red or orange, our pituitary gland pumps up energy production, according to a branch of alternative medicine called color therapy.  So to stay energized, keep these power color in your line of vision:  Buy red place mats, keep an orange coffee mug or your des, or view the world through rose-tinted glasses.

Tell stupid jokes  Go ahead and giggle:  Laughing pushes energizing endorphins into the body, according to a study published in the journal Psychological Reports.  And it causes your brain to pump out extra serotonin—your body’s natural antidepressant—making your feel more alert and alive.  To get a lift, catch The Daily Show on Comedy Central, or encourage your kids to tell knock-knock jokes around the dinner table.

Go get lost…in nature  Here’s why:  When you walk in the woods, you breathe in invisible particles that are believed to boost your energy.  These molecules, called negative ions, are also found near mountains, waterfalls and beaches.  Negative ions increase the levels of oxygen entering your brain an boost serotonin levels, making you feel wired—in a good way.  Don’t live near the slopes or seashore?  Spending an extra ten minutes in your steamy morning shower will give you a mini ion blast, too.

Get all mixed up  Doing something as simple as driving a different route to work or switching the toppings on you salad can give you extra oomph.  When you try something new, your brain responds to the exciting stimulus by releasing adrenaline—a natural upper that makes you more alert.  Make one tiny change in your routine tomorrow and enjoy the extra adrenaline kick.

Vision Quest – 1

Are you feeling restless?  As if maybe there’s something more out there?  Embarking on your own version of a spiritual odyssey can help you create an authentic life.

Throughout times and history, we humans have searched for meaning, for a reason that explains—or perhaps even justice—our existence in the stars, proof of God, and signs to guide us along some clearly defined path.  Along the way, we’ve assembled cultures that have created sacred rituals devoted entirely to this search, often through a transformational experience such as the Native American vision quest or Christian mystical experience.

While looking for a deeper meaning to life beyond alarm clocks and paychecks is an important part of our evolution, the myths, legends, and historical doctrines that recount the quests of others can be as daunting as they are inspiring.  Scholar Joseph Campbell’s acclaimed study of what he calls “the hero’s journey,” for instance, examines tales of heroes battling dark forces and ascending to often mythic proportions.

Given that few of us have the means to launch a full-scale odyssey or the time to meditate on some remote mountainside, a personal quest may seem impossibly out of reach.  The truth is, the journey toward creating a more meaningful and satisfying life may be as siple as learning to listen to our institution.
